I am trying to send to the BCBSMN Medicaid plan.  Last I heard there was errors on receiving end.

Has anyone successfully submitted claims for any public program plans to BCBS/AmeriGroup for 2019 DOS?

I am getting the same errors thru Availity-  Do you get the error on the 2019 Rap claim or on a Final claim from 2019.  I have the correct payor ID but don’t know about the payor type.

Do the 2018 MSHO admits have to end on 12-31-18 and then be readmitted in 2019 with a new admission??

I am sending them thru Availity and that is where I am getting the error message. I have changed the payer ID but wondering if I also have to change the payer type.
Exact error message: For 2019 dates of service, member IDs starting with prefix JTM or LMN for MN Health Care programs must be submitted under appropriate Medicaid payer name.
So I made sure I had the correct payer ID, and the new ID number for the patient and the correct auth number, I have made at least 3 attempts to submit January claims, each time getting a different error message.

The assisted living biller, within our system, has also noted to me that claims will not go through in e-connect, which she has used for quite some time to send claims.
