Just checking to see if anybody in billing deals with Fazzi for HHCAHPS reports and their bills. We recently received a letter stating the rates were going up to $125.00 monthly. We normally average $25.00 to $35.00 a month currently. Are there any benefits to staying with Fazzi for surveys at the new monthly price? Any other suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated
