They will go back to regular VA coverage, just like before all this madness.  Nobody ever told us this was an option or how long it was an option. We just found out by chance thru a conversation with our local VA. Check with the rep you work with at VA.

Faster payment, no need to send RAP and Final claims. Make sure you select a date that coincides with the auths you already have for HealthNet. I have tried several times to get a few visits authorized thru them and they have not responded. Our local VA is on the ball with the starting new auths with the date we opted out.

Everything goes back to how you would normally bill VA.

We are looking into opting out of Health Net.  I have a question for any agencies that have.  Now that you are billing the VA, do you need to fax the records and visit notes for the visits you are billing as you did to Health Net?  Also, can you please share some of the benefits you have noticed by opting out?

Your feed back would be appreciated.

Thank you,
