After Health Net Pays the RAP and then pays the Final claim, they have not been taking back their RAP payment.  They did on a couple of our patients but not on most of them.  So, I have been on hold for 2 hours so far.  I wonder if anyone else is having a similar issue?

I tried looking in Availity using the dates and the check numbers and I couldn't find anything. Got a different phone number for them, 800-979-9620 and someone answered right away. I gave him the check numbers and he will have them faxed to me. I hope it works. I have also tried using Availity to submit the claims but they keep rejecting. Is there someplace different or something I am missing? It used to work.

Is anybody else getting payments from HealthNet without remits? We had a few EFT's back on the 20th of January and still no remits to be found anywhere. Checked Availity, nothing. Waited on hold for over an hour but had to hang up to go home for the day. Anybody have any suggestions?
