I have not heard this yet….but still waiting to get paid since starting services in March with 5 clients!

One of our nurses just emailed me because she had a VA Choice rep call her about one of our patients getting SN visits.  Please see her email below:

 

I had a voicemail from a VA Choice rep asking about one of my patients - she had gotten the referral for continued SN visits from the VA. She was calling me to see if my patient is homebound, AS THAT IS ONE OF THEIR NEW REQUIREMENTS. I called her back but she didn't answer...

 

This wouldn’t surprise me if this was the case as the VA Choice has been nothing but a headache.  Has anyone else heard anything about a new requirement of the need to be homebound in order to qualify under the VA Choice?
