Did you use both the claim key code and the authorization number on the claim?
If so where did you put them?

No, I just mailed the claim forms, and per a newsletter or notice they want all records be sent at the end of the auth, which I find odd, because they run for 6 months. I just made sure the auth number they gave us was on the claim and their ID number.

In the July 19th Informer, we requested information from providers that were awaiting payment from HealthNet. That list was forwarded to my congressional contact. At least a few providers have received some payment. Through my on-going communication, I have learned that the VA has set up an internal team to oversee HealthNet and TriWest’s resolutions teams. He is now requesting an update on the billing/accounts receivable status’ in MN. If you did not reply previously, please send me the following information by Wednesday, Sept 7: Organization Name, Contact Information, the length of payment delay and whether you have received some, all or none of the payments due to your agency. I will gladly add you to the original list. Thanks!
