Exciting news, we received payment on 3 RAPS, dating back to March, April and May. I don't want to get too excited though until I see a final payment and how much they pay or don't pay if it turns out to be a LUPA claim.

In the July 19th Informer, we requested information from providers that were awaiting payment from HealthNet. That list was forwarded to my congressional contact. At least a few providers have received some payment. Through my on-going communication, I have learned that the VA has set up an internal team to oversee HealthNet and TriWest’s resolutions teams. He is now requesting an update on the billing/accounts receivable status’ in MN. If you did not reply previously, please send me the following information by Wednesday, Sept 7: Organization Name, Contact Information, the length of payment delay and whether you have received some, all or none of the payments due to your agency. I will gladly add you to the original list. Thanks!
