I always use bill type 321, 322, 323, 324 for Home Care VA claims- have never had any problems.

We had some regular non-episodic claims from St Cloud VA deny for wrong bill type (343) so I called and the rep told me that it should be a 131 – I am still fairly new to Homecare Billing but that doesn’t sound correct to me. I was wondering if anyone had any advice? Thanks
