Anyone out there billing Mayo Clinic Health Solutions for homecare successfully when the client is Medicare eligible?  We have been struggling here for quite some time due to them insisting they need a MDCR denial even when the client does not meet the criteria for Medicare to pay?

Any insight from anyone?
