Subject: Modifiers

Wondering if anyone else has tried to file a claim with Medica Prime Enhanced and has had to use a modifier to let them know it is a non covered Medicare service. Also, Medica wants a Medicare denial, but we were under the impression that his policy was a straight Medica, per the paperwork we got from the clinic, and not an enhanced plan so how do I proceed? I didn't get a group number. 

The patient was not homebound.
