A few years ago our contract changed with them and they now pay us per visit instead of episodic. Since then our payments have been better. We still struggle with flu shots which they will not pay us for and we have tried adding flu shots to our provider agreement with them but it has not happened, we end up having to write off the flu shots for those clients or we tell them we can’t give them a shot.
