They deny but don’t give a specific reason and when you call to find out why the person from overseas can’t tell you or you don’t understand what they are saying. If they do process and pay somewhat correctly they come back months later and take it back stating they overpaid but they take it all back. They also like to deny and ask for record requests and we send them in multiple times and they never acknowledge receipt of them and don’t pay.
