Hello.  I am in the billing Dept with Healthpartners Hospice and I do the NOE’s manually through DDE.   We do not have an automated billing application that effectively does it.

I’m trying to get a feel for what the industry standard is on submitting the hospice Notice of Election into DDE. Does the billing staff enter this or is it entered by someone other than billing- such as intake staff?
