I'm having a problem with final claims and the KX modifier with the description.  It keeps RTPing in connex.  We had a patient that had a TPL and had to update his CWF before we could get medicare to be the primary payer and it's making me really late with all my final claims and was trying to append the KX modifier with the description of patient needing to update CWF as the reason.  Can anyone offer any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?
