Hello!

Does anybody currently bill to Medica Payer ID 71890?  Wondering if they want T or G codes, billing periods vs. FFS, etc.  Any insight is greatly appreciated.

We currently bill to Medica Payer ID 94265 but as we’ve discussed historically, that can be a guessing game if it is a dual solutions product depending upon the circumstance (MA vs. Medicare).

We have a new client that is Medica, UMR, via United Healthcare, we are being directed to submit billing to this payer ID.  We’ve never had a client under that ID, so before we set up our payer, I was hoping I could get other people’s input on what they do and what works.

Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!
