If it’s a continuing client we used to send the recert notification sent to the MD if we didn’t have the signed POC back yet. Sometimes that would work.

I am reaching out to see if anyone has any tips for submitting a straight MA authorization request through KePRO, while you are waiting for the Plan of Care to come back from the physician with a signature
on it? Is there any other documentation that can be used to get an authorization while waiting for the Plan of Care to come back?
