That is what we do also. Just change the payer - add the auth.

We have 2 different payers setup, so we don't DC and readmit. We just change the payer and add the authorization.

Im interested in how others go about changing from bundled to non bundled with the VA. Does everyone DC and readmit when new auth comes and it changes bundled status? We use Devero.
