I continue to get multiple claims denied for that same reason and there is a BCBS Rep working with me to figure out why those denials are happening. If I get an answer from them I will definitely let you know!

Hello,
Are people getting paid for their BP MSHO claims? I received payment for a few dates of service. The rest were denied for missing/incomplete/invalid value code or amount. Would someone please advise what this means or what our claim is missing?
It has taken over six months to even get these claims to process.
