Hello!
One would think but in our experience, the only way they pay is G codes by visits. Mary (our billing specialist) has spent significant time working with them on getting reimbursed and I “feel” like there are several exceptions we made
to the template in order to get reimbursed.
PT G0151 rev 421
SNV G0299 rev 551
HHA G0156 rev 572
Mary – please correct me if I am wrong and provide the facts. . . hopefully they substantiate my “feelings”
😉

Good afternoon,
How is everyone billing AARP Medicare advantage through United Healthcare? Our system is generating G codes with 1 unit on each visit. It seems like it should be billing according to Medicare guidelines with the
number of 15-minute increments. Thank you!
