One would think but in our experience, the only way they pay is G codes by visits.  Mary (our billing specialist) has spent significant time working with them on getting reimbursed and I “feel” like there are several exceptions we made to the template in order to get reimbursed.

Good afternoon,

How is everyone billing AARP Medicare advantage through United Healthcare? Our system is generating G codes with 1 unit on each visit. It seems like it should be billing according to Medicare guidelines with the number of 15-minute increments. Thank you!
