Our agency uses Availity to submit batch claims to Humana-  we have not any problem sending them to Humana- we have more issues getting the claims paid correctly.

We are having issues with getting our homecare claims to go to Humana correctly through Availity, does anyone one submit Humana homecare claims through Availity and if so do you always send a batch or have you hand entered them?
