We are having the same problem. We have a client Blue plus Medicare go back to August.

Hello, is anyone else experiencing a delay in Blue Plus processing claims? Our biller has been calling on claims and they state they are manually reviewing the claims without giving a reason but it goes back to claims submitted over 60 days ago.
