Others have been resolved by opening a ticket with MN DSD form
https://edocs.mn.gov/forms/DHS-8168-ENG; be sure to document your case #. Once they process your case – they will either help you or send you to HHAX. If they send you to HHAX, open a ticket in their portal and reference your MN DSD number

Does anyone have a contact for Traditional Minnesota Medicaid regarding EVV issues?
We have a patient not appearing in the HHAX EVV portal and are unsure how best to correct this prior to claim submission.
