Good afternoon,

How is everyone billing Medica Dual solutions when a patient is on their Medicare side of the benefit? Our system is pulling T and S codes with multiple units. The claims denied for exceeding number of units. I assume it should be billed with 1 unit but wanted to confirm that the T and S codes are correct. I asked them for their Provider billing manual link but they state they do not have one. If anyone knows if there is one out there for Medica I would appreciate if you could walk me through where to find it 🙂 Thanks everyone!
