Then I would contact county waver supervisor and find out what the process and expectations are. Myself, I struggle with and have asked for clarification and guidelines on requirements for auths process with waiver services and have not gotten any feedback. So this could be a good area for all of us to reach out and try and strengthen those relationships with our county sources.
