I am wondering if anyone can tell me how you guys send a claim to the VA FFS  SNV if the client has been discharged. Do you still use TOB 343, patient discharge status 01? My claim is being rejected and I can't figure out why. I have the admission date, priority of admission is a 9 and point of origin for admission 9, then patient discharge status 01 nothing in discharge hour.
