What type of bill are you using?  I bill TOB 323 and T and S codes and I haven't had a problem. Sound like you need to call Ucare and ask them what's going on and they should reprocess the claims.

Good morning-

 

How is everyone billing Ucare PMAPS?  I initially billed with S and T codes, and claims were denied due to rev code inconsistent with TOB.  Ucare is stating that there needs to be a 32A NOA, which makes no sense at all.  I also tried billing with Gcodes, and that doesn’t work either.

 

Any guidance is much appreciated!
