Good afternoon,

We have a patient we will be admitting to home care who was in a car accident. They were the passenger in the vehicle and carry no car insurance themself because they are unable to drive. Would we need to bill the driver's MVA insurance for the services? Or would we bill the patient's health insurance? Thanks!
