When you can't find a ucare remit - send an email to pac@ucare.org and include your tax ID, the check/EFT number, date of payment and the payment amount and ask them to provide you with an EOB via email. They have like a 7-10 day turnaround time. This is
the current work around to not being able to get remits off their website for now.

I was told by a Ucare customer service rep yesterday that I should be able to print off my remits out of the Ucare Provider website. I have tried several times to and I keep getting an error message. Has anyone else been able to
print off a Ucare remit out of the Ucare provider website?
