If your billing the Medicare side, pdgm, then you use the G codes. If you use the MA side, bill the T codes.

If someone has Medica MSHO and it is a dual solutions, if they meet all the requirements for a medicare episode, do you bill it to Medica PDGM using Medicaid codes (ex: T1030, T1021)?
