Collecting spenddowns hasn’t been a problem for me for the most part. FYI, did you all know if client does not pay their spenddown, you can and should report it to the county?
Members can lose their MA if they do not make spenddown payments. IT would be a case of repeatedly not paying them but the counties and state do want to know when this happens.
