We bill in 15 minute increments. T1019 UA – PCA Supervisor. For MA you will need authorization for that code.

I am not sure if you were following the listserv a week or two ago, but there are several of us who are having issues with Blue Plus MSHO Medicare claims not paying and we are submitting our claims correctly following PDGM. Many of us
have reached out to out contacts at BCBS, so far I have not heard back, but I believe someone else did and it sounds like this might be a known issue with these claims.
