I received a response back from my contact at BCBS who said this is a known issue, that the claims are paying line time instead of PDGM. We were holding off on submitting the
BCBS MSHO as we have so many that have not paid correctly, but she suggested we submit them so we don’t run into timely filing. She stated they will be reprocessed internally without having to do appeals on the claims that are not paying correctly. What
a mess.

I am not sure if you were following the listserv a week or two ago, but there are several of us who are having issues with Blue Plus MSHO Medicare claims not paying and we are submitting our claims correctly following PDGM. Many of us
have reached out to out contacts at BCBS, so far I have not heard back, but I believe someone else did and it sounds like this might be a known issue with these claims.
