I always got the NH rates when I logged into the DHS provider portal. I would call the DHS help desk if you don't know what I am referring to. Unless you have and they were no help. Or try contacting Greg Leahy at DHS.

Subject: hospice per diem rates

Does anyone know how to find out what our per diem rate is? The amount we bill for is not the amount we get paid. I know the rate changes every 10-1. I am trying to find what we will actually get paid. Please and thank you for your help.
