We also have issues with BCBS MSHO Medicare.

It seems to be an issue at BCBS.

We are sending spreadsheets to the BCBS Provider rep to keep her informed of all the outstanding claims we have.

Good morning-

 

Has anyone had luck getting BCBS MSHO claims paid?  We’re still getting denials for incorrect value codes, but when I call BCBS, they can’t tell me what codes are wrong, and also don’t mention any system errors with claims processing.  They have been sending them back for manual review, but they seem to just sit in limbo at that point.

 

Just looking for some feedback  to see if everyone else is still struggling with these claims as well!
