Our issue is with MSHO Medicare, in which you have to bill PDGM with G codes. We do not seem to be having any issues with the MA side of the MSHO plan.

I have been getting paid. I do not put a value code in there. Any claims, no matter what the service date is, that you billed after 1-1-24 you should be using the new policy number and send to 00726. When change healthcare went down, I
billed through MNeconnect and now I am billing through Inovalon and received payment through both. I am billing with “T” codes.

Good morning-
Has anyone had luck getting BCBS MSHO claims paid? We’re still getting denials for incorrect value codes, but when I call BCBS, they can’t tell me what codes are wrong, and also don’t mention any system errors with claims processing.
They have been sending them back for manual review, but they seem to just sit in limbo at that point.
Just looking for some feedback to see if everyone else is still struggling with these claims as well!
Thank you!
