Gosh this is so frustrating!  They are ruining my beautiful track record of claims paid before 90 days!!!  I really wish the Reps would at least appear to have knowledge of this issue when we call, so we’d at least know it’s actually being addressed!

Oh my goodness, this is a problem for me too! ☹ I have reached out to our contact at BCBS but have not heard back yet.  She has been slow in responding.   If I hear anything I will share with the group.

Good morning-

 

Has anyone had luck getting BCBS MSHO claims paid?  We’re still getting denials for incorrect value codes, but when I call BCBS, they can’t tell me what codes are wrong, and also don’t mention any system errors with claims processing.  They have been sending them back for manual review, but they seem to just sit in limbo at that point.

 

Just looking for some feedback  to see if everyone else is still struggling with these claims as well!
