I have more information now. So this person was getting home care services through BCBS, They sent in to authorize more visits, BCBS PMAP told us that medicare is primary. We can’t put her on medicare because she is not homebound. How do I get BCBS PMAP pay again?

The patient can start a new home care episode under the Blue Plus PMAP plan.  After 15 SN visits you will need to submit for an authorization.  I think it is the same for HHA.
