They have re-processed all our MSHO claims where they paid the 1st line and have paid on all our claims:) They are caught up on our claims. It only took 6 months!

Yes, ours have been re-processed and are paying now.  However, our BP MSHO (Medicare) claims are not paying correctly, they are paying much less than the Medicare rate.   So now I need to work on those.  😒
