When the authorization is per visit, I think they assume the average visit will be 1 hour long. If you are there for 2 hours, you will not be paid any more. You will most likely report the
visit as 1 unit on the claim, not in 15 minute increments.

When you have an auth for a HHA and it gives you a number of visits instead of units. Is 1 visit considered 1 hour or if they are there for 2 hours is that considered 1 visit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
