I have a new person learning how to do auths. She keeps asking me if we need an auth from Ucare for HHA and SN. Ucare MSHO and Ucare Medicare. Ucare reps have given her several different answers. I never did the auths, so I am not sure. Can anyone shed some light on this for me.
