I just sent our contact person at BCBS an email about this. She is not always the best at getting back to me, but if she does, I will let you all know what she advises. I asked if this was a known issue, if they are looking at a way to
correct it, and what we should do in the interim.

I finally received a BC remit after they took months to process the claims. These have December and January dates of service and are MA based claims. They paid just the first
line of each claim and denied the rest of the claim with CO97. How frustrating this remit has 32 claims on it.

I'm finally starting to get payments from blue plus msho now, but they're only paying for one skilled service (on my FFS claims) and then adjusting all other DOS on the claim off as CO97
- super frustrating. I spent an hour on the phone with them just last week on just two patients and now I have a new remit that has 5 that I will have to call on. Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue yet?
