We do not have people with just homemaking services. They have to have an aide doing personal cares for at least an hour and then we will add HM services at the end of the visit no less than 45 minutes.

We have a new director and head of home care asking why we do what we do. Question do you have patients that just have homemaking services paid by elderly waiver, if so do you have a HHA doing the services. The reimbursement is not very much. Also do you still do an assessment on the patient upon admission?
