Is anyone else receiving requests from the VA for adjustments on their PPS claims that were paid correctly (like Medicare) from 2020 and now are being re-processed as PER VISIT.  They are recouping the difference. We do have an authorization for “bundled” services during this time. This is prior to Optum processing the claims.
