The work around I am doing for remittance advices for Ucare is that I bring up our bank account, look for Ucare in the description and then get the check number.  I then go into the Ucare web portal and pull up the check and post from that.  Not ideal but it has all the information I need to post (sometimes I do have to make sure I post to the correct invoice but it's better than getting months behind and watching A/R days go sky high.

We are experiencing the same thing. I called provider services on Wednesday to see if they could email or fax RA’s so we could at least post our payments, but was told they are unable to view them on their end. What I find frustrating is that all other affected payers are functioning normally and have been for days now.

Hello Friends,

 

Just checking in on what others are experiencing from UCare since the Change Healthcare nationwide interruption.

 

None of my invoices have gone through our clearinghouse starting 2.22.24.  They are stuck.

 

We have not received any remittance advice and I have not had luck getting that from their portal for months.  We rely on the Electronic Remittance Advice 835 through our clearinghouse.
