The security breach started 2/21/24 and affects a multitude of insurances including the ones Terisa listed below. There is no end date in sight and they said it could take days, weeks or months for a resolution. There is a website for updates if you'd like
to follow but they've mostly been posting the same update over and over. The link is

You may or may not be able to access at work as many facilities have shut down all contact with the organization. I had to go onto my personal computer at home and sign up for email updates to my personal email.

There was a notice sent by NGS yesterday about the Change Healthcare Security breach. I don't know what all it is affecting. So far for me it's Medica, VA, United Healthcare remittance advises not coming through and since we use Assurance all my claims are
not going through either so I have to manually key in the NOA's for now and any other claim I want to get paid for.

Good afternoon-
Wondering if anyone has been having issues with Medicare claims being held up in Waystar and not reaching the payer for adjudication? All of our Medicare claims, NOE’s, and NOA’s have been held up since 2/22/24, which have
now resulted in late NOA’s and NOE’s. Waystar has not reported any issues, and were not aware of it when we discovered it yesterday, so we’re curious if anyone else is having this same issue.
