I ended up taking out the 61 and 85 value codes and using rev code 0580 with S5150 code. That seemed to work for a few claims- waiting for the others to come back now.

Okay, did anyone else get the new dumb denial from VA?
N843 - Missing/incomplete/invalid Core-Based Statistical Area (CBSA) code.
All of my claims have the 61 CBSA number as well as the 85 value code. The representative told me via chat that the number was incorrect. Our software vendor confirmed the CBSA number from CMS for 2024. What the heck is VA doing now? I
swear it is just one issue after another with them. I have so many claims denied!
