Would they only be putting them into the HHAeXchange page?  I see auths populating in there from a case manager?  Currently seeing BCBS and Primewest primarily. 

Also how are people managing EVV on that web site.  It is looking like a lot of work so wondering how others are managing it.

We have gone round and round with BCBS on this one!  We are having to call in to get copies of BCBS service agreements for PCA services because we are not getting them like we used to. 

 

BCBS stated that we should be getting copies of our service agreements through Availity but when we call Availity they state that they have received multiple calls from facilities trying to get access to their BCBS service agreements.  Availity does NOT have access to them per their provider service call center.

 

We DO have access to our Bridgeview SAs on the Availity portal but that’s it!

Does anyone know if the blue plus MSHO service agreements will continue coming in the mail or is there a new website or portal to access these documents?  I supposedly have one for a patient, but it did not come in the mail to me and I have no idea where to look.  Nothing shows in availity or bridgeview and social services stated they submitted it in bridgeview.  It's for home health aide.
