No, Medicare does not pay different.  We use the Rev Code 0551 for every nurse visit as well.

This might be a dumb question but does Medicare reimburse based on revenue codes at all? Just wondering because for a nurse assessment the rev code is 0550 says for nurse assessment but I always use 0551 for every nurse visit. Does that make a difference?
