Only 2023 claims for us have been paid. Our 2024 claims are still pending and I would assume its bc BCBS is a hot mess right now!! We don’t even have access to auths anymore on Availity!

Well it's a BCBS issue for sure then because I use availity, so I guess it's not a clearinghouse issue at least. I tried using the 2024 subscriber ID and that rejected
for 'dates of service' as well. I'm tempted to try and just send them FFS to see if they go through that way!

Has anyone had issues with their blue plus PDGM claims rejecting after the payer ID change? All of mine have rejected since the change for either Dates of service
or statement from-through dates. Any ideas?
