Slowly but surely our MA clients are getting loaded in HHAX. We are currently doing nothing as we’ve escalated to both HHAX and MN DHS, waiting for further guidance.

DHS told us the advantage plans need to enter the members into the EVV system. So from now on if there is a new client, when the auth is done, the cm is responsible to enter them into the EVV. However there
is no answer for PMAPs and other plans which do not have a county cm. Also, good luck getting insurance plans to cooperate. I feel this is mostly due to them either being overburdened or not knowing. Probably a mix of both.
